Discovery of today

According to FRC Clause 17,
Where a door has FRP, it should be self-closing. A self-closing door is required to have a "to be kept closed" notice on top. All doors in VBs have FRP, which means they are all self-closing and the signage is a need. For those on the ground floor facing the street, although they do no contain FRP, the signage is required as we assumpt that they are all self-closing.

I think it is prefect enough to explain the signage location to AP Mr Wilson.
